Withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any 
reason. 
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day, 
- where you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, has or has taken possession 
of the goods, if you have ordered one or more goods in the context of a single order and these 
are delivered uniformly;
- in which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession 
of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods in a single order and these are 
delivered separately;
- where you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, has or has taken possession of 
the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you have ordered a good that is delivered 
in several partial shipments or pieces;

E-Mail: mmreitsport@t-online.de) by means of a clear statement (such as a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail)

of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form,

which is not required.(Widerrufsformular) 

In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of 
the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will have to repay all the payments we have received from you, 
including delivery charges, with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have 
selected a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery (Hermes Germany) 
offered by us, immediately and not later than fourteen days from the date on which the notice of cancellation 
of this contract has been received by us. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you 
used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you. 
In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees. We may refuse to repay you until we have the goods 
back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on 
which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss of value
is due to a non-necessary to examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods dealing with them.

If you return damaged or worn out goods, the legally permissible amount will be deducted;
this can be avoided by only subjecting the goods to a test, as it would have been possible in a shop, for example, and 
without any signs of wear and send back in the original packaging.

Excluded from the return are: 

-Goods that are made to customer specification or clearly tailored to personal needs or that are not suitable 
for their return due to their nature or can spoil quickly or their expiration date would be exceeded,

- Audio or video recordings or software if you have unsealed the media supplied,
- Newspapers and magazines
